Our weight loss patients not only lose weight but also learn long term habits that help them keep the extra weight off! Our primary focus is on investigating and identifying the underlying cause of difficulty losing weight and coaching is an essential part of the program. In addition to working with Dr.Kulkarni, some patients require more frequent check-ins for implementing their diet and lifestyle modifications. In such cases, we highly recommend fitness coaches that share our philosophy of viewing “food as nourishment” (rather than number of calories!) and individualizing exercise routines to form long term habits. Charmi at Cimply Fit shares this philosophy.

Cimply Fit

Cimply Fit offers nutrition coaching and exercise programming to clients who want to lose weight sustainably. We take the guesswork out of what to eat, how much, how often so you can enjoy food the way it was meant to be, without the fear of dieting and overwhelming workouts. Cimply Fit's 1:1 nutrition coaching program has helped clients across the world. Interested in more information, click on this link below and fill out the form:

Charmi Ramchandani, Founder, Head Coach and Habit Educator at Cimply Fit

After an invasive abdominal surgery that left her weak, she hired a personal trainer to help her with strength training and nutrition to regain her muscle. She quickly realized the nutrition was limited to chicken and broccoli. She decided to create a change in the industry by creating a nutrition program that was inclusive of cultural foods. The Cimply Fit coaching program is based on the philosophy that food is more than just fuel and avoids creating diet plans that can feel restrictive. Charmi is a NASM certified personal trainer and PN certified Nutrition Coach. She has personally coached over 200 men and women in the US and internationally.

FAQs

What is Naturopathic Medicine?

Core Integrative FAQs Down Arrow

Naturopathic Medicine is a distinct system of primary health care that utilizes gentle and non-invasive, yet effective,  methods of treatment to help patients achieve optimal health. The process of making a diagnosis is identical to conventional medicine, but  once the diagnosis is made, the emphasis is on correcting  the underlying cause of disease.  Each patient is unique and the same diagnosis in two patients may have a very different root cause, therefore, the treatment will be different too.The practice of naturopathic medicine is based on six principles

  • First, do no harm (Primum, non nocere)
  • Stimulate the Healing Power of Nature (Vis Medicatrix Naturae)
  • Treat the Whole Person- individualized care (Tolle totum)
  • Identify and Treat the Causes (Tolle Causam)
  • Doctor as Teacher (Docere)
  • Focus on Prevention (Praevenire)

For more information about naturopathic medicine, visit the Institute for Natural Medicine.

Core Integrative FAQs Down Arrow

Option 1: Sign up for a membership!
We offer convenient subscription based membership options for you and family members based on your healthcare needs. You pay a monthly fee for access to our services and discounts on supplements and additional services not typically included in your plan. FSA and HSA accounts may be used for your membership options with a few exceptions.
Memberships are renewed annually unless otherwise notified.

Option 2: Pay per visit and submit a Superbill to your insurance provider after you make a payment.
Many of our patients use their HSA and FSA plans for visit fees and supplements, and we are happy to provide the payment receipts and Superbills. If your insurance  plan provides out-of-network coverage, Superbills can be submitted for reimbursement. For labs, with the exception of few specialized tests, most blood tests can be ordered through your in-network providers, though coverage is based on your individual plan.
